With over 15 years of experience as a Celebrity Personal Trainer and an expert in pre/postnatal fitness, I'm committed to empowering women on their fitness journeys.


Through my acclaimed book "Restore Your Core" and contributions to various fitness publications, I've specialised in addressing the unique needs of women at every stage of life, from new mothers to those navigating perimenopause and menopause.

My own journey of overcoming disordered eating has fuelled my dedication to helping others conquer their challenges and make transformative changes in their lives.

My Goal

There is so much pressure on us women as a whole and I want to show women that it is ok, none of us are perfect. I want to motivate women to do what they can and be the best possible versions of themselves. That is my motivation.

I want to transform over 1000 women to better their lives and show that if you put your mind to it anything is possible. But, if I can make just one woman feel better about themselves, my work is done.

My Training Ethos

My ethos is to have balance and chose something that you can enjoy and most importantly, stick to. Having gone through so many diets and quick fixes, I finally found a plan that is easy to follow, enjoyable and easy to fit around my lifestyle. Which still allows the odd glass of wine - fellow mums know what I’m talking about!
