" I started training with Lydia after feeling I needed to make a change in something. I had NEVER been to a gym in 25 years. Had no real interest in it. I was 44 years old and felt fat and unfit! So without giving up everything I loved. I thought exercise! BUT HAD NO CLUE and didn't want a trainer who would shout? Or judge or lecture!

But also she will work with you and what you want!! I have been through a lot this year and Lydia hasn't given up, just works with me when I can and pushes as much as I can. It's why I haven't given up! As she just says asking as you keep doing something! So everything in your time!

I also love training with her as:

  • I have no idea what to do - she just guides and supports and shows me what to do !
  • she supports outside of training
  • we have fun ! Even when I moan throughout session !
  • she gives tips advice and never judges even when I am being naughty on food !

I have changed my complete body shape and my mental health has improved! I'm getting fitter day by day and toning every session! If I hadn't had break in between, I know I would be in the best shape ever! But she doesn't give up on me!!

No matter what shape, age, lifestyle, fitness level, Lydia will work with you and will change your mindset. I have no intention of stopping training with her! I love 💕 it.

And from a wine swigging couch potato that is a total change! I haven't given up everything. I still enjoy food and wine but I am more conscious and focussed on fitness!

Being the wrong side of 40 and with an underactive thyroid, trying to change my physique had always been an uphill battle. No matter how often I trained or what calories/macros ate, nothing seemed to work. I had tried weight training with a couple of PTs previously, only to gain fat and lose self-confidence (which honestly has never been that high for me). I was convinced that I was ‘broken’, and that weight training just didn’t work for me. When I contacted Lydia, I was at an all-time low. My clothes no longer fitted, I couldn’t stand to look at myself in the mirror and I had an incredibly negative mindset. She filled me with confidence right off the bat. For a start, she told me ‘Weight training works for everyone, that is a fact’ which was a huge comfort. She has since showed me that nutrition and training doesn’t have to be complicated. Any time I’ve had a wobble – be it over an exercise or a weight-loss plateau – she’s been right there to help me through it. Equally, whenever I’ve wanted to celebrate a success, she’s been my biggest cheerleader. Lydia is helping me to get in shape both mentally and physically. She’s basically my life coach! No other PT has listened to me or persevered with me until we found what worked. There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Lydia will work with you tirelessly to establish what works for you. I can now say that my physique is changing, and I feel happier than I have for a long time. I honestly can’t thank Lydia enough.
