ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Lydia Rees!  
 
I’m a Personal Trainer and online coach with over 13 years experience and have been featured in a myriad of fitness publications. Having studied and specialised in pre and post natal fitness I am an expert in the field and am also the author of “Restore Your Core”.  
 
My mission is to help women and in particular busy mums transform their mindset and get and stay in shape through a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is sustainable and enjoyable.
 
I am also a pre and post-natal specialist with 10 years of experience. I have two children Louis and Tripp who keep me on my toes. I specialise in weight-loss, changing body composition, as well as restoring and strengthening your core and pelvic floor post-pregnancy.

Whether you are 6 weeks, 6 months or 6 years post-natal, your core can't heal or strengthen without proper training and activation. I can also address your pelvic floor in this programme so if you find yourself suffering from incontinence, which the majority of new mums do, I can help you in my programme.
 
A lot of my workout routines are home-based as I can’t always get to the gym, so this inspires me to help others in similar situations.
 
I have worked with hundreds of women and watched them transform their bodies and also guided those that are pregnant through training. However, women from all walks of life, whether they’ve had kids or not, can get fit and healthy through my program. 
 
My goal is to set a healthy example for my children and help other women change their lives through health and fitness, no matter what their circumstances.
